Some of the educational programs that COPS has been instrumental in establishing are:- Monthly Dinner Meetings
- Monthly dinner meetings (September through April) promote and enhance a cohesive child health care community between subspecialists and surgical specialists at Nationwide Children's Hospital and the community pediatricians in Central Ohio. In partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital, CME credit is available for each dinner meeting. (Meetings are listed on the calendar page of this web site.)
- This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Nationwide Children's Hospital and The Central Ohio Pediatric Society. Nationwide Children's Hospital is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
School Health Update- An annual one day conference in conjunction with Nationwide Children's Hospital to address school health issues.

- A forum with state and federal political candidates to address issues that affect the health and well-being of children.
- Pediatric Pearls
- An annual pediatric update for pediatricians and family practitioners.
- Speakers Bureau
- Speakers can be arranged by contacting the COPS office.
